LumApps is looking for a competent sales manager DACH to find business opportunities and manage customer and partner relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base in Mid-Market. The ideal candidate has first experience in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects in Mid- Market and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Develop a sales plan to prospect, build, manage and close deals, while ensuring coverage and penetration of your assigned territory;
Demonstrate ability to own and drive high-value deals in DACH Mid-Market;
Strategically manage relationships with multiple stakeholders;
Effectively engage internal resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the opportunity, including pre-sales engineers, professional services, and leadership as needed;
Collaborate with the DACH Team on lead generation, coverage plan, and existing account expansion;
Participate in marketing events to engage prospects and present LumApps’ value.
2-4 years Experience as an Sales Manager, or similar
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills in English and German
experience with selling SaaS Software tools
Experience using SFDC and other tools to accurately keep track of and forecast on all activities and opportunities
Comfortable with occasional travel
