LumApps is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Austin, TX or remote location to work with clients and across multiple teams to define use cases, provide recommendations, and implement the LumApps platform based on digital workplace best practices and recommendations. As part of the LumApps Professional Services team, you serve new and existing customers by tailoring solutions to their needs, whether it is through setting up a new LumApps platform, migrating content from an existing platform into LumApps, or providing guidance on adopting new features and functionality as the customer’s platform matures. Professional Services is passionate about setting up customers for long-term success in partnership with the Customer Success team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about eliciting requirements, communicating challenges and creating positive client experiences throughout product configuration and implementation.
*Missions*
Provide best practices, recommendations, and guidance to achieve the client’s ideal future state
Lead workshops with the client to identify current pain points and gaps to define an ideal future state for the client’s deployment
Provide training and enablement to clients, to ensure effective administration and use of the LumApps solution by the client
Document and deliver all best practices and recommendations to the client
Perform platform configurations and ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi-system integrations
Maintain advanced knowledge of all LumApps products and solutions
Resolve issues and answer questions from both internal and external customers
Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures
Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with up-stream and downstream service delivery teams
Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
*Requirements*
Strong ability to gather customer expectations and communicate specifications to technical and non-technical audiences
2-3 years experience in a SaaS implementation role
Knowledge of best practices for implementations
Project management and time management skills
Consultative skills, investigative skills, and desire to help customers succeed
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experience deploying or managing one or many digital workplace technologies such as Jive, Igloo, Simpplr, Brightstarr Unily, Interact, or Microsoft SharePoint
Experience working on adoption, change management, etc
Deep technical understanding of SaaS and implementations
Previous experience working on data migration projects Google G Suite and / or Microsoft Office 365 (O365) platform administration knowledge
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
