*The role*
The Global Community Engagement Expert is a role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts. You will be responsible for fostering relationships and developing programs to build our customer and prospect community.
*Missions*
- Own, develop, and execute LumApps’ external community strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals for both our customer and prospect animation.
- Plan and execute community events & webinars, including coordination with alliance and channel partners, regional marketing leads, and the brand team.
- Own and organize community editorial calendar, including content development (mix of product, thought leadership, social media, trends… topics) and events (digital & physical events for learning & networking).
- Moderate our public communities.
- Develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that drive community acquisition across both users and prospects within our market.
- Leverage community to identify and cultivate champions for LumApps that act as an extension to our brand and event strategy.
- Analyze community member growth, engagement and revenue impact.
- Manage communication channels and ensure clear information flow between stakeholders.
- Leverage AI for efficiencies.
*Skills*
- A minimum of 2 years of experience of B2B Marketing or SaaS required.
- Higher education (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Experience in planning, executing and reporting on the success of marketing events and ideally proven community-led strategy experience.
- Proficient in project management skills and tools.
- Experience of working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams as well as external agencies to deliver projects successfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Content marketing and copywriting skills required.
- Hands-on and data driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Native level in French and fluency in English required.
