* About the role*
As a Customer Success Engineer at LumApps, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our platform. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
*Missions*
Technical Project Management:
Technical Consulting and Advisory: Serve as a technical consultant and advisor to clients throughout the post-sales period, with a focus on user and group provisioning, authentication, integrations, and the use of LumApps Datalake and LumApps Extensions.
Product Adoption: Promote the adoption of technical products with a view to renewal and expansion.
Technical Configuration: Configure technical components such as custom widgets, search SDK, APIs, and LumApps Companion (chatbot, micro apps).
Technical Support:
Client and Partner Support: Provide technical support to clients and partners by diagnosing and quickly resolving their issues to improve productivity.
Expertise and Collaboration: Act as a LumApps expert, collaborating with client stakeholders to propose suitable technical solutions or alternatives.
Technical Migrations: Assist clients with various technical migrations of the product.
Anticipate Technical Changes: Anticipate technical changes of our clients and their impact on the use of the tool.
Documentation and Training:
Client Process Documentation: Document client processes and advise on the best technical solutions to implement.
Internal and External Documentation: Contribute to the internal and external documentation of LumApps.
Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with the Customer Success Management (CSM) and training teams.
Workshops: Organize workshops to train LumApps users on technical deployment and configuration procedures.
*Skills*
SaaS Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Japanese with excellent oral and written English skills.
Communication and Client Relations: Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities.
Project Management: Expertise in project management.
Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in the deployment and configuration of software solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
Documentation: Ability to document processes and create clear, detailed guides.
Training and Communication: Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to organize workshops and share technical knowledge.
LumApps Technical Components: Experience with LumApps technical components (authentication, integrations, APIs, etc.) is a plus.
Security and Authentication: Knowledge of end-to-end security and understanding of authentication and provisioning standards such as OAuth, SAML, SSO, and SCIM is a plus.
JavaScript and REST APIs: Experience working with Vanilla JavaScript and/or REST APIs is a plus.
Platform Administration: Experience with the administration of Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure.
