*Your Role*

As a Product Operations Manager at LumApps, you will work closely with our CPO and many LumApps teams to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our product team and its stakeholders. You will implement and refine processes, tools, and best practices to help scale our operations and improve collaboration with other departments.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of product management and operations, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in driving change management initiatives.

As the Product Operations Manager, you will focus on the following processes and topics :

• Product Planning: Reconciling top-down strategic planning with bottom-up insights from the team, defining who is involved, when, and how planning occurs.

• Product Communications: Enhancing internal communications with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales, and other stakeholders; managing external communications like public roadmaps and detailed product updates.

• Feedback Integration: Scaling up processes to integrate product feedback from customers, CSMs, Sales, RFPs, and other sources into our product development lifecycle.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Further rollout and evangelise our product lifecycle framework and guiding products through each phase efficiently.

• Product KPIs: Collaborating with Business Intelligence and data teams to define, measure, and report on key product performance indicators.

• Organizational Development: Documenting team responsibilities, career paths, and organizational structures to support growth and clarity.

*Skills*

• Minimum 3-5 years Product Mgt experience for B2B products or in a Product Operations role (either way you’ve made or want to make the move from PMgt to enable Product teams scale up).

• Proficient level in French and fluent level in English.

• Experience collaborating with a large and global salesforce, CSM organisation and PMM team.

• Experience across the entire Product Lifecycle : from ideas to sunset, managing early stage and mature products.

• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels using quantitative arguments and data tools (spreadsheet, BI, AI)

• Experience setting up and driving change management programs

Desirable :

• Proficient with Atlassian or similar tools

• Proficient on Lean, Kanban
