*About the Role* 

This is a unique opportunity for a highly cross-functional and strategic role to further develop LumApps global ecosystem of Tech Partnerships. LumApps is an Employee Hub today deeply integrated with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 and dozens of leading SaaS ISVs such as Workday, Box and Zendesk. Our ambition is to further accelerate the depth and breadth of our ecosystem in line with our Employee Hub vision.

*What You Will Do*

• Contribute to the definition of the wider LumApps Product Vision and Strategy whilst developing and evangelizing internally and externally the Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for your partnership(s).

• Manage your roadmap prioritization and dependencies with Partners and other teams in collaboration with other stakeholders.

• Define and manage KPIs to determine the success of our portfolio of strategic tech partners

• Work closely with Product Marketing to develop a deep understanding of our market and products positioning relative to competition

• Listen to customer experiences and market developments to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to increase market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

• Collaborate with product, sales and project management teams to collect, define new opportunities.

• Commit to customer engagements in line with stakeholder agreements.

• Support key client projects during releases and sales phases.

*What We Are Looking For*

• Minimum 7-8 years in (a combination of) Product Mgt / Product Marketing Mgt / Partnerships / Alliance experience / Corporate Development at a global SaaS and/or API platform

• Experience collaborating as a Leader with a large and global PM, PMM, Sales, CSM organisation.

• Experience taking ideas to market (in product or partnership or corp dev role)

• Understanding of key Cloud/SaaS products and market dynamics (esp Google/MSFT)

• Understanding of AI use cases, key actors and market dynamics

• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels using quantitative/qualitative arguments

Desirable :

• Experience at the intersection of HR, Collaboration and Employee Experience SaaS markets
