*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic Director, Partner Sales to lead our partner initiatives in Japan. The ideal candidate will develop and implement long-term sales strategies, collaborate with partners, and identify new business opportunities. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, driving operational improvements, and ensuring excellent partner performance. A proven track record in partners and alliances management, sales leadership, and SaaS industry experience is required. *Missions*
Strategic Partner Management:
Develop and implement long-term partner sales strategies in Japan.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback.
Represent LumApps at industry and partner events.

Sales and Market Strategy:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales performance.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and coach a team of sales, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Hire and onboard new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and aligned with company goals.
Build and manage a cohesive team, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Work closely with the Japan country manager and other sales leaders in various regions to align strategies and share best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to drive partner business and achieve shared objectives.

Operational Excellence:
Drive efficiencies and operational improvements (e.g. sales process, lead management).
Manage business reviews with country leadership.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Experience:
+5 years in Partners and Alliances Management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in sales leadership and team building.
Direct sales and partnering experience.
Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
Cloud Service Provider Marketplace experience (Azure, GCP, etc.).
10 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
Skills:
Strong executive presence and leadership abilities.
Process-oriented with attention to detail.
Analytical and data-driven.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
