* Position Overview*

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT & Security Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and optimize our IT operations with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), process automation, onboarding/offboarding, IT project management, and post-merger IT integrations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and scalability.

*Team* 

You will be joining a small, dynamic, and highly skilled IT Operations team composed of 3 team members, with plans to expand to 4 in the near future. The team is responsible for Security and Internal IT across the organization, ensuring seamless operations and robust security in a 100% cloud-based environment.

The team balances high-priority internal IT needs, security requirements, and strategic IT initiatives to support the company’s fast-paced growth. Supporting approximately 400 employees globally, the team operates in a high-security environment with cutting-edge tools and best practices. As the company scales rapidly, the IT Operations team is evolving to meet the increasing demands for efficiency, security, and innovation.

*Missions*

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

• Enhance our internal IAM to ensure secure access to systems and data.

• Automate user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.

• Enhance IT workflows to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.

• Maintain and improve IT-related documentation for new hires and exiting employees.

Process Automation:

• Identify manual IT processes and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and tools to streamline repetitive tasks.

• Monitor automation solutions for continuous improvement and scalability.

IT Project Management:

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Document and communicate project progress to relevant teams.

Post-Merger IT Integration (M&A):

• Plan and execute IT integration strategies for post-merger acquisitions.

• Evaluate and integrate systems, networks, and workflows to ensure alignment with the company’s IT landscape.

• Address challenges related to data migration, access controls, and system standardization.

*Skills*

• 5+ years of experience in IT or information security.

• Experience with network and system security.

• Strong knowledge of security best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2 type 2).

• Strong technical skills, including experience with coding, Linux, macOS and Windows operating systems.

• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English).
