*Missions*
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Barcelona office. This role is critical in generating new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and helping expand our footprint in the market. If you have a passion for sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy interacting with high-level executives and technical teams, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to the sales team, driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Utilize phone, email, and sales/marketing tools to engage prospects and generate interest in LumApps.
- Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and develop strategic outreach approaches.
- Effectively communicate LumApps’ value proposition to C-level executives and technical teams.
- Confidently handle objections and navigate complex sales discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
*Skills*
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development, new customer acquisition, or cold calling.
- Italian native and professional level in English.
- Proven ability to interact with C-level executives and understand their business challenges.
- Strong objection-handling skills and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience using sales engagement tools and CRM platforms.
- University degree preferred.
