You’ll be part of a dynamic Account Management team led by our Head of Operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Key Account Management, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled Key Account Manager as you drive growth and innovation across our partner ecosystem — both in France and internationally. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly shape the future of our partnerships and the success of the business.
*Missions*
Within the Account Management department, you will be responsible for:
Recruiting, developing, engaging, and managing our ecosystem of partners in France and internationally.
Enhancing brand visibility by managing the network of influencers both in France and abroad, and creating high-value content for the brand.
Retaining and upselling to our partner client accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop the ecosystem, generate leads, and oversee the commercial management of the entire Teach on Mars partner network, including content partners, digital agencies, consulting firms, technology partners (all types: HRMS, third-party tools, etc.), training organizations, business introducers, and distributors.
Identify and foster commercial opportunities arising from the ecosystem.
Gather and analyze the needs of third-party partners of our clients (through interviews and exchanges), identify key players, and formalize partnerships.
Lead joint commercial performance reviews with major partners.
Support partners in enhancing their knowledge of our solutions.
Manage contractual agreements for business introductions.
Recruit new lead-generating partners.
Promote Teach on Mars as a brand ambassador within the partner ecosystem and optimize our presence in the digital learning market among influencers and prospects.
Identify and organize joint marketing activities with partners and clients: webinars, physical events, articles, podcasts, etc.
Contribute to the visibility of Teach on Mars by actively representing the company with key organizations and bodies such as EdTech, LabRH, ILDI, Fefaur, as well as influencers like Fosway, Gartner, Bersin, etc.
Define the strategy, content, and focus areas of partnership programs.
Implement partner programs to convince and engage partners for the long term.
*Your Profile*
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as consultant, partnership manager, account manager, or any position involving strategic, commercial, or relational responsibilities within the EdTech ecosystem.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong business knowledge of the training and education sector.
Commercial skills from lead identification to activity management.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Your Skills:
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of partner and client motivations.
Talent for building and sustaining a dynamic network over the long term.
Able to coach partners to enhance their skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Familiarity with digital learning and its market; having an established network is a definite advantage.
Comfortable with technology in support of pedagogy.
At least 3 years of experience developing expertise in the digital learning ecosystem.
