*Role Overview*
The Revenue Operations for EMEA&JAPAC regions professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize LumApps' revenue growth in his/her dedicated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales operations and analytics to support double digit top line growth.
*Missions*
Revenue Strategy Development: collaborate with leadership teams (sales, marketing and product) to implement regional revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Accompany Go To Market transformation project (territory planning strategy: metrics, growth potential, market opportunity by industry, product and/or geography, ICP definition, coverage models, marketing campaign targets and quotas assignment).
Budgeting and forecasting: budget, quarterly forecast, monthly reporting, pipeline quality, follow sales risk and opportunities.
Performance Analytics: contribute to develop and implement tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategic planning of your main stakeholders/team members.
Sales Enablement: contribute to develop sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance performance and achieve sales & revenue targets.
Operational Efficiency: constantly monitor and optimize sales processes, workflows, stage adequacy, and tech stack to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with marketing, product marketing, Customer satisfaction team and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue-generating initiatives.
*Skills*
Proven experience in revenue operations (5 years min) or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
Data driven, hands on and focus on process improvement /automatization. Business partner minded.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in CRM (SalesForce/Netsuit).
Fluent in English and French.
Report to the Group CFO, doted to CSO, managing 1 junior Rev Ops based in Barcelona.
