As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the retention, enablement, and growth of our existing partner network while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners to accelerate LumApps’ global expansion. These partners include digital workplace consultants, global system integrators, resellers, and technology alliance partners who serve customers across multiple verticals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive adoption, referral revenue, and customer success.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new high-potential partners who align with LumApps’ go-to-market strategy and customer needs.
• Build business cases for partnership opportunities, including revenue projections, market sizing, and alignment with LumApps product capabilities.
• Define rules of engagement and create joint success plans for new and existing partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and training to generate awareness and pipeline.
• Align partner sales teams with LumApps account executives to promote collaborative selling and enhance deal conversion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partner sales reps, providing support, training, and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support partner onboarding, solution enablement, and ongoing success management.
• Act as a trusted advisor by communicating LumApps’ value proposition, staying current on market trends, and understanding partner/customer needs.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and track against key metrics including deal registration, revenue attainment, and engagement activities.
• Facilitate expansion and upsell motions within partner-influenced customer accounts.
• Accurately forecast partner contribution to the sales pipeline using Salesforce and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Lead product demonstrations in coordination with solutions consultants to accelerate partner-led sales cycles.
*Skills*
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances with a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, preferably in the digital workplace, employee engagement, or communication technology space.
• Experience working with system integrators, resellers, and/or technology partners in a high-growth B2B software environment.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills with the ability to assess partner capabilities and recommend win-win strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• High energy, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset with a passion for building relationships and growing ecosystems.
• Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage partner activity and forecast revenue.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Comfort with product demonstrations and articulating technology value propositions to both business and technical audiences.
