LumApps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Professional Services team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth execution of projects by developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating meetings, and updating project trackers. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

*What You Will Do*

• Project Management and Execution
  • Leads the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans with key milestones, leveraging industry best practices and strategic insights to optimize project outcomes.
  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establishes and monitors scope, schedule, and budget baselines, providing oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Anticipates challenges and implements solutions to maintain project integrity.
  • Acts as a liaison between technical, creative, and strategic teams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables that align with business and client objectives.
• Stakeholder and Client Management
  • Acts as a primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on project health, risks, and key milestones.
  • Manages complex client relationships by setting clear expectations, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring the timely delivery of project assets and artifacts.
• Strategy
  • Maintains deep knowledge of departmental processes and continuously seeks opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall project success.
  • Provides strategic input into department planning and resource allocation, advocating for project needs while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving
  • Identifies and proactively mitigates project risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Leverages strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to navigate competing priorities, ensuring project objectives are met while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
• Project Closure
  • Ensures all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before formal closure.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer and proper documentation to ensure a seamless transition to operational teams.

*What We Are Looking For*

• PMP Certification (or equivalent project management certification)

• 6+ years of experience in service delivery and consulting, including 5-6 years managing cloud-based software implementations in SaaS environments.

• Must be a fast learner with a strong willingness to quickly grasp our industry, adopt best practices, and stay current with emerging trends.

• Experience leading and delivering large-scale complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices for execution.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Ability to analyze complex project challenges, identify solutions, and drive process improvements.
