The teams are distributed across our main R&D hubs, Paris, Lyon, Sophia Antipolis, Zurich, and Krakow, making this a truly international and collaborative environment. Working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in driving alignment, empowering teams, and ensuring consistent delivery across locations.
*Missions*

Your Role
Set the tribe strategy & portfolio: Define and maintain a strategic, data-informed tribe roadmap aligned to company objectives, customer needs, and market trends; make the “why” explicit and measurable.
Drive execution across multiple teams: Ensure alignment of team-level roadmaps, sequence bets, manage interdependencies (within and across tribes), and deliver against commitments.
Be the persona Subject Matter Expert & external voice: Act as the subject-matter expert for key buyer personas (e.g., HR, Training and learning managers); engage customers, prospects, and GTM teams with a compelling narrative.
Champion discovery & validation: Institutionalize discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making (qual/quant research, product analytics, market signals).
Lead and grow PM talent: Mentor and develop product managers; raise the bar on decision quality, prioritization, and backlog/roadmap hygiene.
Own outcomes & transparency: Define, track, and communicate KPIs/OKRs for the domain (adoption, activation, engagement, satisfaction), and regularly share progress and trade-offs.
Align stakeholders & resolve friction: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, CS, Marketing, and PX; serve as the escalation point to resolve conflicts and keep delivery unblocked.
We will measure you based on…
Increased adoption and engagement of People & Growth (Learning & HR) use cases across the customer base.
A clear, data-informed tribe roadmap that accelerates LumApps’ growth in the Learning and HR areas.
Strong cross-team and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring your tribe operates effectively, aligns with company priorities, and influences the wider product strategy.
