Are you a Technical Writer who thrives at the intersection of clarity, content structure, and cutting-edge AI?

You'll be central to creating clear, world-class documentation for our expanding platform, including our exciting fusion with Beekeeper!

While the Documentation Team is based in Paris, we value talent and are open to considering candidates working from any of our other main locations.

*Missions*

• Master Structured Content: You'll work extensively with structured writing in DITA to create precise, modular, and highly maintainable documentation.

• Embrace AI-Powered Efficiency: We use semi-automated AI translation workflows. You'll also be part of our transition to implement Positron AI to automate targeted, repetitive tasks, freeing you up for higher-value writing.

• Own the Publishing Process: You'll publish content directly to our documentation website, which is built on the LumApps platform—giving you a direct view of the user experience.

• Champion Best Practices: Collaborate with a multicultural team of experts who are passionate about minimalist writing and industry best practices to ensure our documentation is clear, effective, and user-focused.

• Drive Company Growth: Participate in the expansion of LumApps and our fusion with Beekeeper in a future-proof group, contributing to a truly global and unified digital workplace solution.

*Skills*

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally working with DITA or other structured authoring systems.

• A mindset that embraces new technologies, automation, and efficiency.

• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.

• A passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric documentation.
