Join our dynamic, rapidly growing international team as a pivotal player who will shape and support the experience of our employees and contractors in Poland.
As our Senior People Operations Specialist for Poland, you will be the main HR point of contact for our Polish employees and contractors. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Polish labour regulations and support the experience of both employees under employment contracts and independent contractors (B2B).

HR Administration & Legal Compliance (Poland)
Act as the local HR representative responsible for day-to-day People Operations in Poland.
Manage the full employee lifecycle for both Employment Contract (UoP) employees and B2B contractors: onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation in compliance with Polish employment law, including: Employment contracts, annexes, termination documents, work certificates (Świadectwo Pracy)
Ensure mandatory legal processes are followed, including: Social security declarations with ZUS, Monthly payroll tax obligations (PIT), PPK administration, Mandatory medical check-ups (Medycyna Pracy), Health & Safety obligations (BHP)
Manage the lifecycle of B2B contracts in compliance with Polish regulations
Coordinate contract creation, renewals, rate changes, compliance verifications, and offboarding.
Support the finance/payroll team with correct B2B monthly settlements.
Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider: collect variable elements, validate payslips, check statutory and company benefits.
Manage absences and leaves (vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity, parental leave, and other statutory absences) for Poland employees.
Maintain and update employee and contractor records in the HRIS (Lucca)
Responsible for benefits administration with external providers, for example pension, medical insurance, flexible benefits platform.
Serve as a trusted advisor to global HR business partners, managers and employees regarding HR policies, Polish labour law, compensation, benefits, performance, and professional development.
Promote a positive employee experience and support company culture and engagement initiatives.
Participate in transversal HR projects and contribute to the evolution of HR processes.
Localise global People policies for the Polish context when needed.
Monitor changes in Polish employment legislation to ensure compliance
Prepare HR reports and KPIs (headcount, turnover, etc)
*Skills*
At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law (Kodeks Pracy) and statutory employment processes.
Experience working with B2B contractors in Poland and understanding of legal distinctions between employees and B2B.
People-oriented and solutions-driven mindset, focused on delivering a high-quality experience to all Polish employees and contractors.
Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Experience with HRIS.
Fluent in English and Polish (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a European or multi-country HR role.
Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.
