🎯 Role Overview
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as an essential contributor supporting the hiring and onboarding experience across the United States.
As our People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist, your first 6 months will focus primarily on recruitment and onboarding, partnering closely with hiring managers, coordinating candidate pipelines, delivering a smooth onboarding experience, and ensuring a positive first touchpoint for every new hire.
After your first 6 months, the role will expand to include broader People Operations responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to grow into areas such as employee engagement, HR processes, compliance, and lifecycle support.

*Missions*
Recruitment & Onboarding (Focus during the first 6 Months).
Act as the primary coordinator for all U.S. recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers with sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline management.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth and engaging introduction to the company.
Prepare and maintain all hiring and onboarding documentation, including offer letters, new-hire forms, background checks, and compliance requirements.
Partner with internal teams to ensure all systems, accounts, and onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
HR Administration & Legal Compliance.
Act as the local HR representative responsible for day-to-day People Operations in US
Assist with the employee lifecycle, including internal changes, offboarding, and maintaining compliant HR documentation.
Help ensure HR policies, procedures, and records remain compliant with federal and state employment regulations.
Payroll Coordination & Benefits Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider: collect variable elements, validate payslips, check statutory and company benefits.
Manage absences and leaves (vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity, parental leave, and other statutory absences) for US employees.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)
Responsible for the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs, ensuring accurate records and smooth liaison with external providers, brokers, and relevant authorities.
Employee Support & HR Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to global HR business partners, managers and employees regarding HR policies, labour law, compensation and benefits in the US.
Promote a positive employee experience and support company culture and engagement initiatives.
Projects & Continuous Improvement.
Participate in transversal HR projects and contribute to the evolution of HR processes.
Localise global People policies for US context when needed.
Prepare HR reports and KPIs (headcount, turnover, etc)
*Skills*
2-5 years of experience in HR coordination, or a HR/People Operations role, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment.
1– 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition People-oriented, service-minded, and solutions-focused, with a passion for creating a high-quality candidate and employee experience.
Organized, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience using an HRIS or applicant tracking system (ATS). Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a multi-country HR role. Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.
