As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at LumApps, you will be the technical backbone of the Customer Success organization. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and strategic business value. Your mission is to ensure our enterprise customers successfully integrate, extend, and optimize the LumApps platform within their digital workplace ecosystem (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, OKTA, Workday, SAP, etc.).
You aren't just a debugger; you are a technical advisor who uses code and logic to solve high-stakes business challenges.
*Missions*
Technical Onboarding & Architecture: Guide enterprise clients through the technical setup of LumApps, ensuring seamless integration with their existing IT infrastructure.
Custom Solutions & Scripting: Use Python to automate data migrations, develop custom scripts for API interactions, and build bridges between LumApps and third-party tools.
Product Advocacy: Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs, providing feedback on API documentation and feature requests.
Strategic Consulting: Translate business requirements from HR or Communication departments into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
*Skills*
Development: Strong proficiency in Python for automation and data manipulation.
Full Stack Awareness: Solid understanding of Web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React) and how modern SaaS architectures function.
API Mastery: Extensive experience working with REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and webhooks.
Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments is a significant plus.
Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in French and professional fluency in English (LumApps is a global company).
Customer-Facing Excellence: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (HR, Comms) with empathy and clarity.
Logical Problem Solving: You don't just fix symptoms; you find the root cause. You enjoy deconstructing complex puzzles.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment where the product evolves rapidly.
Autonomy: Proactive in identifying potential bottlenecks for the client before they become critical issues.
