We are a vibrant, fast-growing tech company with an international Workplace team. Our team is spread across key global hubs: Paris, Lyon (our Headquarter), Zurich, Krakow, and the US.
To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Lyon office, we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Office Management Assistant who will work closely with our Workplace Experience Senior Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our global team and play a vital part in making our workplace a welcoming and highly functional environment for everyone.
*Missions*
This is an office management and operational role where you will manage the daily life of the workplace, with an opportunity to learn, grow, and help organize internal team events.
Daily Operations & Logistics: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier services (UPS, standard mail), and handle trips to the post office.
Facilities Management: Monitor office supplies, manage inventory, and act as the main point of contact for external vendors (cleaning staff, plumbers, electricians, etc.).
Physical Support: Take charge of practical, hands-on tasks including receiving large packages, managing deliveries, running office errands, and setting up spaces.
Internal Events: Assist with the practical organization and logistics of internal team activities and office events.
*Skills*
We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic, and emotionally intelligent individual. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in workplace operations, with a strong willingness to learn.
Experience: A first experience in an office management or administrative environment is preferred. Experience in a tech company or a fast-growing structure with over 50 people is a plus, but your ability to learn quickly is what matters most.
Languages: Fluent English and French are required to interact smoothly with our international team and local service providers.
Mindset: Highly organized, multitasker, and resourceful. You are proactive, comfortable picking up the phone to solve problems, and not afraid of hands-on, physical tasks.
Interpersonal Skills: Sociable, energetic, and adaptable. You possess strong emotional intelligence, allowing you to maintain a professional yet warm and approachable attitude.
Mobility: A valid Class B driver’s license is required for occasional errands or travel.
Conditions
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD)
Location & Remote Work: Fully on-site role in Lyon (Tassin). No remote work possible.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday + 5 Fridays per year.
Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
Compensation: €28,000 gross annually.
