*Role*
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing our innovative AI, chatbot, and Micro-App solutions for our clients.
Working in close collaboration with various teams from pre-sales to deployment, you will translate business needs into technical realities, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring technologist who is passionate about problem-solving and client success.
*Missions*
Solution Design & Specification: Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to define the technical and functional specifications for AI, chatbot, and Micro-App solutions.
Technical Consultation: Identify and recommend the most suitable technical solutions and integration scenarios that align with client expectations and our product vision.
Feasibility Analysis: Validate and ensure that all technical requirements can be successfully met within the project scope.
Development & Configuration: Take a hands-on role in developing Micro-Apps and chatbots, and configure our AI platform according to the defined specifications.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and fine-tuning of all integrations in coordination with our clients to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all integrations and custom developments.
Client Enablement: Train client teams on our Micro-Apps Builder and ensure a smooth handover to their technical resources.
Process Management: Help establish and maintain robust processes for managing AI, chat, and Micro-App integrations throughout the project lifecycle, defining quality and performance standards in coordination with the Project Manager.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to our internal process and product enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and boost client satisfaction.
*Skills*
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
First experience in a technical role, such as software development, technical support, or a similar position.
Internships or apprenticeship experience is highly valued.
Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., APIs, REST, JSON, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
A genuine interest in artificial intelligence, chatbots, and application development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Well-organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Fluency in French and English is required.
